Elegant web design

DivineCaroline.com has my vote for being a really well-designed elegant site. If my site is a 4 out of 10 in design quality, then Divine Caroline would be an 8. They have million of dollars to spend and have a professional group to make the site for them, so I admit inferiority. When I have time, I'll try to make mine more like theirs, but of course, I won't have that kind of time, so my site is fine that way it is.
It's not that difficult though. Give me about a month and I can design a site just as elegant. That's one week for coming up with the layout and test it out, another week to finalize the layout, then two weeks to make all publishing stuffs work. Of course, I'm giving myself a lot more credits than I probably have.
